Your Decal is a Quality Die-Cut Vinyl Sticker. There is NO background material. <p> Your art decal will come with 3 layers, with your vinyl sticker decal design sandwiched in the middle. The outer 2 layers are for transferring your decal to the wall/board and will both be discarded after application. </p><p>All our Home Décor products are individually MADE in the USA by us, Wall Décor Plus More. </p><p>Each vinyl art decal sticker design is cut electronically on a roll of vinyl and then we process by hand, removing the excess vinyl material, and finally “sandwiching” the decal sticker to preserve the computer generated alignment. </p><p>Full details on the application process are included on the order Instruction Sheet along with video tutorials.
