The most powerful blending tool on the market The VARILEX WSF 1800 angle surface finishing and blending tool boasts a powerful 15 Amp, 1710 W motor that has been designed and developed for heavy industrial use. The speed is infinitely adjustable between 2,000 and 7,600 RPM. A tachogenerator keeps the speed constant, even when the tool is operating at full load. Sensitive variable-speed control makes the VARILEX ideal for use with both segmented flap discs and polishing discs. Designed for applications ranging from blending, pre-polishing and polishing up to a mirror finish. The variable-speed control doubles the service life of the disc being used, prevents glazing of the disc and heat deformation on the workpiece, drastically reduces the noise level. The VARILEX is not a conventional angle blender, its motor design allows for exceptional performance at all rpm’s without the motor overheating. This machine also offers the ability to change discs in seconds, without tools, using the patented EASY-LOCK clamping
