Working principle:The preparer determines the thickness of the film according to the depth of the groove. There are three specifications of the SZQ frame four-sided preparer, and each specification can be used for coating with four thickness values.Instructions:Place the template on the platform and secure it so that it cannot move when the preparer is drawn across. Place the preparer at a position close to and parallel to the short side of the sample plate or in a specified position, then place about 5ml of sample in the box of the preparer, press both ends with fingers, and pass at a constant speed of 150mm/S. That is, it is coated into the desired wet film.Storage: Clean with solvent and dry after use, apply oil and store at room temperature.
