This 5190 model consists of 8 cars that incorporates a newly built car (No. 5) and a diversion from 6000 series (No. 4). Corporate marks on the side of the car body have been printed with No. 1 - 3, No. 6 - 8 (TOKYU CORPORATION), and No. 4 / 5 cars that have been increased from later on. Printed "8cars" on front glass There is no identity strip on the side of the attendant door and the side of the vehicle. A digital radio antenna that has been added on the roof of the first car roof, a reproduction of two L-shaped antennas that are assembled on the Shin Yokohamata (5890) roof.
