Czech Saaz (Flavor)- 5 minutes: 1 oz. Cascade (Aroma)Instructions;1. Begin by heating 2-3 gallons of water to 155°F.2. Add specialty grains into muslin grain bag and steep in water for 30 minutes.3. After 30 minutes remove grain bag and discard.4. Stir in dry malt extract until fully dissolved. Once dissolved, bring wort up to a rolling boil.5. Boil for 60 minutes, adding the hops according to the hop schedule.6. Add the Yeast Energizer / Irish Moss Combo with 15 minutes left in the boil.7. Add Sweet Orange Peel with 5 minutes left in boil.8. Cool the wort to 70°F and transfer to a fermenter.9. Add cold water to bring the volume to 5 gallons.10.
