<p><b>Scapa 174 Double-Sided Cloth Carpet Tape</b> is a woven cotton cloth, coated on both sides (AKA double-coated) with an aggressive natural rubber adhesive. The two-sided cloth tape is supplied on an easy-release polyethylene white liner. Scapa 174 has high shear resistance but still leaves no residue upon removal from most surfaces. Applications for Scapa 174 include temporary mounting for assembly or machining operations, print plate mounting, and carpet hold down where a more aggressive adhesive is required.</p> <p>Please note removable tape is designed to not leave adhesive residue behind; however it may still pull up loose debris, finish, etc. from a substrate it is applied to depending on many conditions such as length of time applied, chemicals used to clean the substrate, and the composition of the substrate itself.
