These polished stainless steel U-joints look great and use a pinch bolt on each end for easy installation. This is a size that is used on some large GM steering columns. This specific steering universal joint uses a pinch bolt fastener on the 3/4"DD side and a set screw on the 1"DD side, due to the large size NOTE: These u-joints contain a safety feature that requires the DD steering shaft to be notched for pinch bolt clearance. Once notched, the pinch bolt MUST be torqued to 45 ft/lbs to ensure a tight fit.
