The moss expands and covers a lot of ground making it a great source of coverage and bedding for your pets to burrow and hide in. Can be mixed with other substrates to recreate the layering of soils in a forest floor. Pair with live plants in a vivarium or spruce up your old lining and cage decor. The moss can also be washed and reused several times. Simply remove moss from the enclosure and circulate in dechlorinated water. Remove and wring out repeating this pattern until the moss is free of debris and odor.
